My name is Mike Nelson, and I am honored to be the owner of Big Mike’s Metal Works. As a Veteran with nine years of service in the United States Army, I was shaped by the values of hard work, integrity, discipline, and commitment; principles that continue to guide me in both my personal life and my business.

I am blessed to share life with my wonderful wife of 20 years, and I am a proud father and even prouder “Pawpaw” to our six amazing grandchildren. Above all, I am a Christian, and Big Mike’s Metal Works was founded on faith, strong values, and a commitment to serving others.

My mission is simple: to create high-quality metal art, provide dependable welding services, and bring each customer’s vision to life with craftsmanship and care. Whether it’s a custom creation, a repair, or a one-of-a-kind project, I approach every job with honesty, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
